This Singularity container is provided to reproduce the results and analyses described in the associated paper (Kotliarov Y, Sparks R et. al. Nature Medicine, 2020).

Singularity container usage guide can be found at: https://sylabs.io/docs/

Briefly, to use the container you need to run this command:

singularity shell -B full_path_to_working_directory/:/var/workflow1 container_file.img

where full_path_to_working_directory is the directory where the data and R code files are located.
