The data presented in this entry are associated with manuscript entitled "Coupling of store-operated calcium entry to vasoconstriction is acid-sensing ion channel 1a dependent in pulmonary but not mesenteric arteries" and include:
1) Vessel Data: vasoreactivity and simutaneous calcium responses in isolated pulmonary and mesenteric arteries in response to endothelin-1 and store-operated calcium entry
2) PLA Data: Duolink proximity ligation assay data for ASIC1-STIM1 and Orai1-STIM1 in pulmonary and mesenteric vascular smooth muscle cells
3) S1_Raw_Image: Images of raw gels (PCR) or western blots used in manuscript.
