High copy number vectors for expression of one to six epitope tagged polypeptides from the Lac promoter in Escherichia coli and related species of bacteria. Expression is typically leaky but can be further increased with the addition of IPTG. Each epitope is preceded by its own Shine-Dalgarno sequence and start ATG codon. Three also have signal peptides; OmpA, PelB, and MalE. Recommended cloning method is by fragment assembly.
