Boxplot representation of RNAseq data of chicken embryonic gonads with various degrees of feminization after in ovo exposure to ethynylestradiol. Each boxplot shows median, upper and lower quartiles, and highest and lowest values of normalized mRNA expression (y-axis in counts per million; cpm). The great reproducibility of RNAseq experiments supports the absence of batch effects.
