This online resource is the supplement figures and materials for the paper titled "Muscle Eccentric Contractions Increase in Downhill and High-Grade Uphill Walking ".

This paper describes the changes of muscle eccentric contractions in sloped walking, an essential daily activity, compared to level walking in the context of its potential implications to future research in DMD. Specifically, the supplement figures and materials describe 1) the influence of joint kinematics in sloped walking on the muscle eccentric contractions, and 2) the changes of the coactivation of agonist-antagonist muscle pairs in sloped walking compared to level walking.
