X-ray scattering curves (SAXS/WAXS) used for the analysis described in ‘Temperature-Jump Solution X-ray Scattering Reveals Distinct Motions in a Dynamic Enzyme’
dataset
posted on 2019-07-31, 13:12 authored by James FraserJames Fraser, Philip Anfinrud, Michael ThompsonData provided here are the integrated X-ray scattering curves (SAXS/WAXS) used for the analysis described in:
Thompson, et al. (2019) Nature Chemistry.
"Temperature-Jump Solution X-ray Scattering Reveals Distinct Motions in a Dynamic Enzyme"
The data are provided as azimuthally averaged I(q) vs. q scattering curves. Prior to averaging the pixel measurements, we applied polarization, geometry, and detector non-uniformity corrections to the 2D X-ray images.
Columns in the .dat file format correspond to q, intensity, and the standard deviation of the intensity.
Data are organized by CypA variant, by whether the data are time-resolved or static, and by final temperature (after T-jump) for time-resolved experiments. Sample and experiment metadata is provided in each subdirectory.
